Itinerary
day 1: 26 March (Thursday) - São Paulo/Madrid
Presentation at 11am at Guarulhos International Airport(Terminal 3) to meet the tour guide and boarding procedures.
Departure on flight IB-268 at 3.15pm for Madrid (connection).
day 2: 27 March (Friday) - Madrid/Brussels
Arrival at 05.35. Boarding procedures(luggage goes straight on) and departure of flight IB-597 at 09.05 for Brussels. Arrival at 11.30am. Transfer to the hotel and the rest of the day at leisure. Dinner (included).
day 3: 28 March (Saturday) - Brussels/Malina/Antwerp/Brussels
Departure after breakfast. Sightseeing tour of Malina, the former capital of the Netherlands at the time of the Dukes of Burgundy (Place Mayor, buildings with elegant façades, the town hall, the statue of Margaret of Austria, governor of the Netherlands and teacher of Charles V, St Romuald's Cathedral). Next we'll visit Antwerp, one of the world's diamond centres. Panoramic tour (the town hall, the slaughterhouse, the Cathedral of Our Lady of Amberes - declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
On the way back to Brussels, we'll visit the Grote Markt. Dinner (included).
4th day: 29 March (Sunday) - Brussels/Ghante/Bruges/Brussels
Departure after breakfast to visit two important cities: Ghent and Bruges.
In Ghent, visit the Castle of the Counts of Flanders, Bavon Cathedral (a masterpiece of Gothic art), the Belfort Tower, St Michael's Bridge (one of the most beautiful views of the buildings constructed in the 16th and 17th centuries).
Sightseeing tour of Bruges: Grand Place with the King's Houses, the Guild Houses and especially the town hall, the Manneken-Pis is a small bronze fountain of a boy urinating into the basin of the fountain, the Sablon neighbourhood, the Palace of Justice and the Atomium. Afterwards, we'll visit Bruges and its charms, the Lake of Love, the Monastery, Grote Markt Square, the Basilica of the Holy Blood (12th century) which houses the relic of the Holy Blood of Jesus Christ. Return to the hotel. Dinner (included).
day 5: 30 March (Monday) - Brussels/Rotterdam/Delft/Haia/Amsterdam
Check-out after breakfast and departure for Rotterdam, the economic and industrial heart of the Netherlands, with one of the largest harbours in the world (100km of quays).
The journey continues through Delft, a beautiful city known for its beautiful blue porcelain (free time to explore) and The Hague, the city of palaces and avenues, embassies and ministries. It is the seat of the Dutch government, the International Court and the residence of the Dutch royal family. The journey continues to Amsterdam (Holland).
Upon arrival, hotel accommodation. Dinner (included).
day 6: 31 March (Tuesday) - Amsterdam
Breakfast. Sightseeing tour: the Mint Tower, Rokin, the floating flower market, Dam Square, the Royal Palace, Buewe Kerk and the National Monument, the Berlage Stock Exchange, Central Station, St Nicholas' Church, the 17th century Jewish quarter, etc. Afternoon free to discover other aspects of the city or visit one of its museums, such as the Van Gogh or the Rijksmuseum. Return to the hotel. Dinner (included).
day 7: 01 April (Wednesday) - Amsterdam (Zaanse Schans and Voledam)
Departure after breakfast to discover more of the region. Visit Zaanse Schans, popularly known as the land of windmills, passing through the coastal villages. We'll also visit Voledam, known in ancient times as a meeting place for pilgrims and missionaries and today an interesting shopping and gastronomic centre. Return to the hotel. Dinner (included).
8th day: 02 April (Thursday) - Amsterdam (Keukenhof)
Day dedicated to the famous giant tulip garden in Lisse. Return to the hotel. Dinner (included).
day 9: Friday 03 April - Amsterdam
Free day to enjoy the city or rest. Take the opportunity to visit any of the sights you missed or return to the one you liked best, or do some shopping in the local shops. Dinner (included).
day 10: 04 April (Saturday) - Amsterdam/Madrid
Check-out after breakfast and transfer to Amsterdam airport for boarding procedures. Departure on flight IB-1794 at 2.55pm for Madrid(connection). Arrival at 17.35. Immigration procedures and departure on flight IB-267 at 23.55.
day 11: 05 April (Sunday) - São Paulo
Arrival at 5.55am at Guarulhos International Airport.

embarkation
The CONTRACTING PARTY agrees that he/she must comply with all the timetables previously informed by the reservations department, taking responsibility for any delays and their consequences.
The CONTRACTING PARTY must present themselves for boarding carrying their personal documents original and with photo , and identify themselves to the VIVÊNCIAS OPERADORA DE TURISMO representative who will be present at the time.
The Tour Operator will grant a 15-minute grace period after the confirmed boarding time (Road Packages), if the passenger does not show up for boarding within this stipulated period, it will be considered a No Show.
In the case of boarding for air packages, the PASSENGER is aware and agrees that they must arrive at the airport mentioned on their ticket 3 hours in advance for domestic journeys and 4 hours in advance for international flights.

The CONTRACTING PARTY must present themselves for boarding with their personal documents original and with photo , and identify themselves to the VIVÊNCIAS OPERADORA DE TURISMO representative who will be present at the time. Pay attention to the expiry date of your documents, as the following will not be accepted expired documents. In the case of ID cards, for international trips and sea cruises (MERCOSUR), documents with an issue date older than 10 years will not be accepted.
For domestic journeys using air and/or road transport, it is necessary to present an original identification document in good condition. (Any of the following: Identity Card; National Passport; National Driver's Licence (model with photograph); Professional Cards issued by National Councils (models with photograph); Work Permit). If the passenger does not have these documents, or if they are illegible and/or illegible, they will be denied boarding.
For international journeys, the passenger must carry a passport with an expiry date of less than 6 months from the date of return.
The CONTRACTING PARTY must present the Operator with the visas required for each country, with an expiry date of less than 6 months from the date of return from the trip.
The Operator is not responsible for issuing visas, as the issuing of this document is at the discretion of each country's authorities.
Embarkation of Minors: In order to embark on national trips with minors under the age of 16 (Law No. 13.812/2019), they must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent or guardian, or a sibling or uncle over the age of 18, always providing documentary proof of the degree of kinship (via the minor's Original Birth Certificate or Authenticated Copy). If you are accompanied by an adult without the degree of kinship described above, you will need written authorisation, notarised, from the parent or guardian. However, if you are unaccompanied, you will need judicial authorisation from the Child and Youth Court, all in accordance with articles 83 to 85 of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent - Law no. 8,069/90. Passengers can obtain more information on the necessary documentation from the Federal Police (www.dpf.gov.br).
Accommodation for minors: For accommodation for children (12 years old or under) or adolescents (18 years old or under), they must be accompanied by the person mentioned in the paragraph above, unless they have been expressly AUTHORISED to stay by their parents or guardian, in writing and with a notarised signature, all in accordance with article 82 of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent - Law no. 8.069/90.
importantbirth certificates for children over 12 will not be accepted . In cases of theft, robbery or loss of the identification document, a police report issued less than 60 days previously is valid.
